SHIPPING & RETURNS
COVID19 UPDATE: UPS and FedEx have suspended their delivery guarantees. It goes to the nature of the volumes they are handling and implementing measures to protect their staff as well. Deliveries may take longer than expected.
Nieves Lavi offers FREE UPS Ground shipping on all orders $150+ to anywhere in the US. Orders -$150 will cost $15 to ship, also UPS Ground. Orders will arrive within 4-7 business days. Our orders ship directly from our New Jersey warehouse.
Fedex 2-Day Delivery is also available for a flat fee of $25.
We love our Nieves Lavi clothes, and we hope you do too! But if for any reason you want to return something, you can do so within 15 days of the date of your purchase and as long as each item has the original tags, packaging and is in new and unused condition.* Sale items under $100 are final sale and cannot be returned. Visit our Returns Center to request a return.
For all orders $150+ we’ll give you a full refund of the purchase price and the associated sales tax (if any) to your original payment method. For orders -$150, the return shipping fee will be deducted for all returns. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Please note that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 15 days of the date you placed your order. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of Nieves Lavi.
Exchanges are not possible at this time. Please return your item for a full refund and re-purchase the item you are interested in. Sale items under $100 are final sale and cannot be returned! Please note that we do not cover the cost for shipping exchanges.
We offer a flexible returns policy to ensure that your Nieves Lavi shopping experience is an easy one. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns in breach of our returns policy will be flagged and may result in denial of future return or purchase options.
